    Trying to get back in the groove...

    All this has been on the trainer.
    11/7 - 30 minutes - 5.21 miles
    11/8 - 31 minutes - 6.24 miles
    11/11 - 32 minutes - 6.78 miles
    11/15 - 26 minutes - 5.83 miles (flat tire shortened it a bit)
    11/16 - 33 minutes - 7.53 miles
    Total so far: 31.59 miles

    Lol, how did you get a puncture on a turbo trainer? Run over glass or something, haha :p

    I presume the tire/tube had an issue already that was inevitable whether I rode the bike on the trainer or on the road. <shrug>

    Gosh, I am not doing great with km's this month, meetings and days away and really bad weather means I have only had 5 rides so far this month totaling 125 km.
    I will try to fit in a weekend ride, weather permitting. I could go to the gym but I hate, hate, hate, hate stationary bikes so i will probably use a trreadmill or eliptical.

    I'm in..the goal is 3 centuries by DEC 1
    (i live in California and average 40 to 50 miles on sundays)

    200 on the road bike (if it rains on my road ride day --sunday-- I will do my miles on the spin bike)

    AND

    100 on the spin bike

    Nov 3 9 miles spin 40 min
    Nov 6 12 mile spin 65 min
    TOTAL this week 30 (ran a 10 k on saturday...took today as a recovery day instead of doing the longer 40-50 mile sunday ride)

    I added another 90 miles this week with my commute. I am now up to 264 miles month to date. It should be a breeze hitting my 350 mile goal.

    You guys are awesome!

    My husband set the resistance on the trainer this morning. Clearly, he sets it higher than I do! HA! I did get a good workout, though. I've been averaging higher mph each time so I had to work to do it this time!
