I lost about 80 or 90 pounds (its been 14 years since I lost the weight) and my bra size changed from a 36C to a 34AA. At age 30, I got a breast augmentation with round, high profile, silicone implants and I'm now a 34D or DD depending.

Personally, the best feeling is looking in the mirror and being completely happy and satisfied with my appearance/body/weight and happy with the person inside as well.

At 170lbs my boobs bulged a bit over a 34d, now at 156 they don't fill my bras anymore
Now working on some muscle tone to at least help the shape of them....
Will have to get new bras at some point though.

For this reason I measured my calves, thighs, waist, hips, neck, and arms.... but NOT my chest. I don't want to know. In fact, i don't need numbers, it's the only thing I can actually watch getting smaller.
