AWESOME! When I get down to my goal I will put the dreadful bathing suit back on for comparison. Good idea on that. You look great!

There are some incredible transformations in this thread. Some of you guys don't even look like the same people.

BEFORE: Approx 200lbs (wouldn't step on a scale)...started MFP at 190

AFTER: (ish) Currently at 128lbs...about 5lbs from goal and still have toning to do!


I don't know how to resize...sorry! BTW I'm 5'2"

This is so awesome! Did you start jogging before you lost any weight? I ask b/c i worry about being heavy and hurting m knees. I used to run, but that was over 10 years ago.
