i did 3.5 miles on the treadmill today and laid out the rest of my walking plan cuz the Bolder Boulder is in 7 weeks!!!!

Saturday morning I went for my walk/run around the lake (it's 2 miles around). I had been just running one mile, walking one mile, running one mile, walking one mile but was kind of short on time soooo, I just ran around the whole lake (for 2 miles) then walked a half mile and ran the other half mile back. That's the first time I ran around the whole lake and it felt really good:flowerforyou: Did a total of 3 miles.0

Well, I haven't been to the gym in a week and a half:explode: . Lots of excuses but no valid reason. But, I did a Leslie Sansone walking dvd last night and got 2 miles done. Going to the gym tonight0
