How much did you gain this Christmas???

I gained 1.8lbs. Well, that is what the scale reported. However, it could be sodium or TOM. I will see next Tuesday.0

Doesn't look like I gained anything.0

up1.3kg since saturday morning weigh in...
Yeh its disspointing to see on the scale, but i planned to not deny myself over the 2 day period.. Most of my calories were consumed with alcohol.
Christmas day food choices were healthy and was not tempted by "treats", however on boxing day I PLANNED to cut lose a bit..
I enjoyed desserts & other FORBIDDEN foods. But still only had 1 or 2 bites, as opposed to slices!!!
The day after boxing day, I found myself back on track and back to the gym..
My Official weigh in is friday, so im hoping i can bring that number down a bit!!!
I figure christmas is once a year and I planned to enjoy it.. and I did...0 -
I don't think I gained any real weight. Yesterday was a my first day back on track, I weighed in the morning and I was 1.9 lb up, but this morning, I am only up 0.4lb, and I think that is going to leave. I'm pretty sure it was all water weight from what I ate. Which is pretty damn good. I ate like crap for 4 days, but judging by the scale I must not have eaten above maintenance. I'm one happy person right now!!0

6 lbs. Look like I gained 10 lbs though. So bloated.0
-
I stayed the same weight.0
-
I'm up about 3 pounds.. but I also strength trained yesterday, so that may be playing a part in it!
Water it is today!0 -
oh yeah! 4 pounds...but they are coming off and it was worth it!0
-
I either lost or maintained. I did not weigh in the week before due to TOM bloating. I was down a pound.0

do you gain weight after strength training?0 -
Zero. I dialed up to maintenance calories for Christmas week. And surprisingly, it worked. My goal was not to gain over the holidays.
Now back to losing.0 -
I gained 1.4 lbs which i lost already and a little more.0
-
I stepped on the scale this morning and was 251, which means I lost a few pounds over Christmas.0
-
10 lbs, but at least half of that is water.0

I took November and December off and gained 6 lbs, but in my defense I had my jaw wired shut for the month of October. I was starving that month so once I was unwired, it was on. lol. Luckily I only gained back what I lost while my jaw was wired.0

Lost 4.6 lbs in the past 9 days, since my last weigh-in. I don't get it... I ate a lot of food and chocolate and drank alcohol, for 3 or 4 days, during this period! Anyway, got to be happy with that, so I'm not complaining0
-
did not weigh myself ... lol too scared... drinking water and exercising this week (hopefully if i knock this sinus infection)0
-
Almost 6 ugh. But I dropped .8 already, hoping to have gained no more than 1 pound (that is not water weight).0

do you gain weight after strength training?
Generally yes because you're muscles are holding on to water as they repair themselves.0 -
"A pound," but I always weighed myself during the three days of the month when I'm usually 3-4 pounds heavier... so I'm thinking I actually lost? I'll know for sure in a week!0
-
I actually lost a lb. Probably lost muscle because I ate a lot of crap.0
-
I lived on a steady diet of chocolate and cookies. . .
All that junk left me feeling so gross!0 -

Gained a pound. Today is official weigh in day so we shall see.0
-
Took my hands off the wheel...ate/drank too much. 3 lbs on top of my high weight. Yup back in the fat pants, that were too big. Self inflicted..I made the choice. Back on track to a healthier more fit me.0
-
Nothing! I would have had to eat hell of a lot of calories to put on any weight, and even I can't do that!0
-
I was up 3lbs after the weekend but I knew it wasnt a true gain just fluid gain! I am now actually .5 below that 3lbs now!0
