    Wow!! I just spent the last hour and a half looking at all of the amazing pics!! This was so inspiring.....for the first time I feel as though I know I can do the same thing if I stick with the program. Yall are amazing and I can't wait to post my pics!! This is the best site ever. My facebook friends have been wondering where I am but I have found something so much better!!! Thanks everyone and please keep up the good work because Yall are motivating the rest of us!!!

    WOW Gwen!!! what a great job you've done!!!! you have done such a fantastic job & you should be so proud!! you've worked hard & it has truly paid off!! for my before & after, i decided to use my christmas card pics from this year & last year... 2010 i was at 155 lbs... 2011 i am at 138 lbs (well, around 138, haven't weighed myself in over a month!)

    For those of you who claim that size 20W to size 14W doesn't show a difference... I'm guessing that you need an outside opinion... This is 22w to size 16. I didn't see much of a difference, either -- until I did this...
