    rosebarnalice, are you going to add all our miles up at the end of the month? Just curious.
    My average [brisk!] walking speed is ~3.8 mph.

    Yea! Someone almost as slow as I am! :o)

    Swim: Goal 3.6M, Actual 1.24M OUCH!
    Bike: Goal 168M, Actual 317.49M YAY!!!
    Run: Goal 39.3M Actual 33.14M Hmmm... Might just make this one...

    Time to get in the pool a little more.

    I've lost some running mileage somewhere along the way (I know I'm over 50miles, from a ticker I have for elsewhere....) but I don't think it's a big deal!

    Swim 10 miles (Way less than January last year (30+) but I haven't swam in some months.)
    Bike more than 180 miles (30 more than December)
    Walk/Run at least 26.2 miles (about double December)

    Bike - 173.84 miles
    Walk/Run - 27.99 miles - GOAL!

    TWO GOALS :drinker: MET! Woohoo!

    Tuesday, Lord willin', I'll bike the last 6.16 miles! WOOHOO! Tomorrow is a walk/run day so it'll have to wait until Tuesday.

    Bike: 56 miles (Half IM distance...I know the wind chill will keep me from getting out a lot)
    Run: 75 miles (81 miles on my training plan but realistically know I'll get sick and miss a run or two)

    Think that's me done for Jan as I'm on on weights tonight fell just short of my running target and massively short of others. However, iv just got myself friend with a few Ironmen and been running with them, so my take up on extra activities with them aswell :) futures looking good :)
