    Biked 30 / 112 miles
    Swam 2500 / 4224 yrds over halfway home

    I finished my Indoor Triathlon yesterday. Finished 54 out of 84 people. That was fun, I'll be looking for some longer Tri Events this summer...preferrably outside.

    However, I need to get ready for a trail race next month. Which means the bike and the swim part will suffer. But, It's always good to get a cross training day in there.

    walk/some jog: 48.7
    bike 0

    56.95 miles

    I'm going to have to learn to swim ALOT longer to make that goal this month. Realistically - It won't happen but heck you got to have things to shoot for. :wink:

    I think I'm going to aim for an ironman and a half. I think that's probably just about do-able for me, at this point. I'll need to up the bike and the swimming a little.

    How's it going, pals? We are basically half way through the month! :flowerforyou:

    January goals:
    Swim 10 miles (Way less than January last year (30+) but I haven't swam in some months.)
    Bike more than 180 miles (30 more than December)
    Walk/Run at least 26.2 miles (about double December)

    So far (1/14)
    Swim - 3.01 miles
    Bike - 87.26 miles
    Walk/Run - 18.99

    I am on track to bike more than last month although this month's goal is a stretch. I've already swum more than last month (0 last month) and walked/run lots more. So, I'm not doing TOO bad! :laugh:

    Swim: 2.4 miles
    Bike: 56 miles (Half IM distance...I know the wind chill will keep me from getting out a lot)
    Run: 75 miles (81 miles on my training plan but realistically know I'll get sick and miss a run or two)

    Totals:
    Swim: 0 miles
    Bike: 22.5 miles
    Run: 38.7 miles

    The pool FINALLY opens this week so I'll get to catch up there!

    swim: 9.5
    walk/some jog (all forms-includes eliptical): 52.7
    bike: 0

    Total to date: 62.2 miles


    Dane - I'm a bit afraid to ask....:blushing: but what does push/pull workouts mean?

    I feel like I'm making progress, at least. Taking tomorrow off the bike and out of the pool and just going to walk.

    6.26 mile run today.

    1,200 yards swimming today.

    did 6 miles on the bike and 1.5 miles on the treadmill. i'll add up all these numbers one day.

    Update for trail run last night.

    IF, big if, (I'm trying to fight off a cold) I feel like I have the energy tonight I'll get in the pool and knock out some yardage...but only after weights. I've been out of the weight room for a month. Have to get back in there.

    12/01/16 - 30 minutes on bike trainer - 7 miles
    12/01/17- 45 minutes on bike trainer - 10.5 miles
    12/01/18 - 15 minutes HIIT on bike trainer - 3.5 miles, ran 5 miles

    Totals -
    Swim - 0.5
    Bike - 78.5 (goal met!!)
    Run - 26.5

    Goals -
    Swim - 3 miles
    Bike - 56 miles
    Run - 55 miles.
