Think that's me done for Jan as I'm on on weights tonight fell just short of my running target and massively short of others. However, iv just got myself friend with a few Ironmen and been running with them, so my take up on extra activities with them aswell futures looking good0 -

Swimming just wasn't going to happen without the pool being open, obviously. And I just couldn't squeeze in that last ride. Proud of my running this month though.
