January goals:
Swim 10 miles (Way less than January last year (30+) but I haven't swam in some months.)
Bike more than 180 miles (30 more than December)
Walk/Run at least 26.2 miles (about double December)

So, I need to get my swim in gear. Not sure I'll make the bike goal since I am stuck indoors on the trainer most of the time. We shall see. At least the walk/run goal is in sight this month, which is progress on that front.0 -

I dislike the trainer and the weather is requiring that I ride on the trainer. Ack. I have to be very consistent to achieve my bike goal by the end of the month. I think the swim goal is doable since I have some planned training with a group the next two weeks. The walk/run is so going to happen this month. Yea. :bigsmile:

I finished my Indoor Triathlon yesterday. Finished 54 out of 84 people. That was fun, I'll be looking for some longer Tri Events this summer...preferrably outside.
However, I need to get ready for a trail race next month. Which means the bike and the swim part will suffer. But, It's always good to get a cross training day in there.0 -
