    Jan 3 - 7 km bike, 1 km run - CHEST, BICEPS, TRICEPS
    Jan 4 - 6km bike - SHOULDERS, CLEANS
    Jan 5 - 6km bike - LEGS
    Jan 6 - 6km bike - CHEST
    Jan 7 - 12km bike - BACK

    Jan 8 - REST
    Jan 9 - 4 km run - PUSH WORKOUT
    Jan 10 - 17 km bike - PULL WORKOUT

    didn't run nearly enough. not happy that i didn't meet my goals, but i did workout 23 times and lifted a lot of weight this month. will try this again in feb.
