    How's it going, pals? Eight more days! :flowerforyou:

    January goals:
    Swim 10 miles (Way less than January last year (30+) but I haven't swam in some months.)
    Bike more than 180 miles (30 more than December)
    Walk/Run at least 26.2 miles (about double December)

    So far (1/23)
    Swim - 7.84 miles
    Bike - 126.23 miles
    Walk/Run - 24.57

    I feel like I'm making progress, at least.

    Bike: 56 miles (Half IM distance...I know the wind chill will keep me from getting out a lot)
    Run: 75 miles (81 miles on my training plan but realistically know I'll get sick and miss a run or two)

    Been dealing with a sprained foot this week. Bad that I haven't ran or walked. Hell, it's hard to walk to the bathroom. But I did get back in the pool. I think the ship has sailed on the bike goal. However, 1000 yards on Saturday and I'll have the swimming sewn up. Goal for Feb should be to get the biking done.

    Added a 1.5 miles for my walk this morning. It was a test walk to see how my foot was feeling. Think I need another 48 hours before running again. Took Biking out completely. I did knock out 500 yards in the pool over my lunch hour.
