Been dealing with a sprained foot this week. Bad that I haven't ran or walked. Hell, it's hard to walk to the bathroom. But I did get back in the pool. I think the ship has sailed on the bike goal. However, 1000 yards on Saturday and I'll have the swimming sewn up. Goal for Feb should be to get the biking done.0 -
