    walk/some jog (all forms-includes eliptical): 85.05
    bike: 33

    I'll do some biking and try to get a swim in tomorrow. :-)

    Had to stop and not do bike today, as I'm not at my best. So, I completed swimming and running, but was a little short on the bike. Never mind, next month, I'll exceed all three!

    Just adding in tonight's swim. :o)

    January goals:
    Swim 10 miles (Way less than January last year (30+) but I haven't swam in some months.)
    Bike more than 180 miles (30 more than December)
    Walk/Run at least 26.2 miles (about double December)

    So far (1/26)
    Swim - 11.79 miles - GOAL! :drinker:
    Bike - 180.01 miles - GOAL! :drinker:
    Walk/Run - 30.23 miles - GOAL! :drinker: (done for the month)

    ALL THREE GOALS :bigsmile: MET! Woohoo!

    Now, let's do it again in February!

    Goals for January:
    Swim: 2.4 miles
    Bike: 56 miles (Half IM distance...I know the wind chill will keep me from getting out a lot)
    Run: 75 miles (81 miles on my training plan but realistically know I'll get sick and miss a run or two)

    Totals:
    Swim: 0 miles
    Bike: 49.2 miles
    Run: 75.3 miles

    Swimming just wasn't going to happen without the pool being open, obviously. And I just couldn't squeeze in that last ride. Proud of my running this month though.

    didn't run nearly enough. not happy that i didn't meet my goals, but i did workout 23 times and lifted a lot of weight this month. will try this again in feb.
