Had to stop and not do bike today, as I'm not at my best. So, I completed swimming and running, but was a little short on the bike. Never mind, next month, I'll exceed all three!0 -

Bike more than 180 miles (30 more than December)
Walk/Run at least 26.2 miles (about double December)

Swim: 2.4 miles
Bike: 56 miles (Half IM distance...I know the wind chill will keep me from getting out a lot)
Run: 75 miles (81 miles on my training plan but realistically know I'll get sick and miss a run or two)
Totals:
Swim: 0 miles
Bike: 49.2 miles
Run: 75.3 miles
Swimming just wasn't going to happen without the pool being open, obviously. And I just couldn't squeeze in that last ride. Proud of my running this month though.

didn't run nearly enough. not happy that i didn't meet my goals, but i did workout 23 times and lifted a lot of weight this month. will try this again in feb.0
