50k bike today. Got a new bike seat yesterday. No more numbness even on decent hills.
Did Tapout xt competition core with the kids. Had to stop a bit early due to time. Not a bad workout @MJFSH but dont think I will revisit. Didnt click with the instructor and found the focus on MMA a bit contrived personnally. The excercises are good though and a good tempo and mix.
Ahh!!! too bad it didn't work for you! my boys love those workouts, so I thought maybe your kids will like it too!

rest day today......in progress. Early am tempo run tomorrow, then last OWS and long easy trail run planned for Sunday.3

On my bike for 3.5 hr today, will do another long one tomorrow as I'm preparing for a 2 day cycling event early Nov (100km + 200km in a mountain). Totally so excited about this already5

Went to the gym for a good cardio workout on Friday. Lovely day today so might take a walk along the coast instead of another gym session. Saturday weigh in showed I lost 3 pounds this week - happy!5

A solid paced 8 miler done with the training posse yesterday. No swim this morning, just a nice easy 5 mile run followed by breakfast at a favorite local spot.

First "official" week done of the #myfitsquad challenge. 4 good days, 3 not so good days. Scale is all over the board but on average down a couple pounds since the start.
Trying to refocus again 7 weeks to go. Did AOS Providence today. Upped my weights on a few of the exercises and drenched in sweat by the end. Good for mental motivation to start the new week.

Tapout XT: Competition Core done! immediately after, I could see the abs shining thru! haha more core work needed I assume so they make a permanent appearance.5

P90x core synergistics (first half) on my own then ab ribber x with all three kids. Although definitely some variation in effort and compliance between them (and me....
I dont like those scissors)
