Me too. It's 3:20pm EST and I'm still in my robe. Maybe I'm getting sick? I think dinner might be take-out. Too "meh" to cook.1

40 something.....that's me! Grant from Colorado. Add me if you want to.1

I haven't really posted here much. I've really started to push for my weight loss goals before the holidays, joined a gym, and have adopted a Keto WOE which has been working well for me. Are there any other Keto plan followers? Feel free to add me.1

Ah, finally got a nice paddle in today after over 2 weeks of being land bound (1 week of cold/blustery weather and 1 week of cold/flu). Relatively easy 3.3 mile paddle - 81F, light wind from the south, light chop. Not much marine life to see, but it was nice to be out on the water again. Super tired and sore, so know I've been getting a bit out of shape due to being a slug while sick. Hope to do it again tomorrow.1

Yep. Now, for the HARDER question: where the heck did he go????1 -
Got my cardio in, today. I am super snoooooooooooooozy now that it is "afternoon", though.
Tough to keep awake, but the office says I must, lol!!
Tomorrow is weigh-in day. I am losing 1 lb every 12 days, on average. Soooooooooo sloooooooooooooooow.
Still, by spring I will be mostly back to my "old" (pre-tumor) self and by summer, maybe I can even be closer to my "best" self! BOOM!4 -
I'm 41 !!! I was doing so well last year. Starting to tone up those pesky thighs and butt cheeks. Stomach area was getting definition. I was doing muay thai classes ( 3 x per week) plus weights at my work gym ( 2 days per week). Also walking my old dog. Then Dec my partner and I adopted a dog from the spca, so I pretty much stopped training to focus on her. Now I have a flabby jiggly butt and thighs. Plus I can't stop snacking. I'm so annoyed at myself. I'm going back to my thai boxing classes and will start doing weights but at this stage can only do during my lunch break. Sigh,3

Took my first p90x class today and can barely move. I haven't worked out that hard in years. Maybe never. So glad I'm not working out tomorrow! Everything hurts.3

Gam3guy, no wonder you have to stay in shape. How's that cute dog of yours? Have a great day everyone. As Beeps eloquently says, "Boom".
She says "hi"!1 -

I don't know but once this morphed more into a "this was my intense workout" thread a mmm d less of a social thread several of the posters from that time drifted off.0 -
Gm all! On a 3 day rest. Will hit it hard tomorrow. Workin the latte this morning hard.2

Another night of nothing. I am still so tired.0

missed my morning workout, now, I just have to sit patiently, for the time to go home and get it done, maybe I can add the cardio in too, just because there won't be any reason to rush!

Well getting older kind of sucks. Hurt my hip flexor months ago and it still bothers me. My knee seems to be sore at times too. Trying to remember to ice both after working out. When/if I lose this last 5lbs I might take a week off, see if that helps.
Still hitting up kickboxing, kettlebell and self defence. Monday night class are focus pad which are a fun change. Last class I teamed up with our instructor since we had an odd number. Was happy to hear my technique is improving, specially considering she's won numerous medals in WKC so she knows what she's talking about. Needless to say it was a good workout!
Back to minding my food more and not having a beer or cider every night!5 -
Today was a gorgeous day, and another great paddle day...though much easier going out than coming back in. Went for an extra long paddle today (5.25 miles), but had a bit of a challenge getting back to launch as the tide was coming in (and I was going against it on the way back), and I had a nice head wind for the last half of the trek. Then at the very end, the wind whipped up so much that I couldn't get back to where I launched no matter how hard I tried. I had to turn east to get to shore, and the tide and now side wind pushed me nearly a tenth of a mile north of my launch point (even though I was initially shooting for a point south of my launch point). I eventually just had to get off my board and walk myself and the board in the water back to the car. It was the craziest thing I've seen in a while. Glad I was close to shore and it was the end when it happened, though I wasn't able to do my usual stretching on the water at the end of my paddle. All is well, but I'm exhausted and sore...so great workout today!6

Not sure. Am thinking it is low iron. I have celiac disease - recent diagnosis, so am thinking I need to start taking iron supplements again. I have a req for blood work, so that may answer some questions.
I did get out and walk yesterday. Walked for an hour and a half and got my 10,000 steps in.3 -
I'm 42 and just coming to grips with the fact that now that I'm 50lbs lighter, yes, I want to move more to get the next 50 off. So yeah. Hi everyone.5

@sdereski , glad to hear you've been out and about. I've been wanting more snowshoe pictures. Iron is fairly easy resolved, I think, so that would be good news.2 -
I'm definitely on the + side of forty, born in 1948. I have two sons over 40!
Saw this thread mentioned in a post on Chit Chat (where the crazy kids hang out LoL!)
I'm proof that it's never too late to change your Lifestyle. Began this Try 1/17/13 joined WW @376# at age 65.
Now at 227 (-149#), working to get below 200 this year. WW works as long as you stay with it. I always stopped after losing, but not this time.9 -
Late start today but did Providence over lunch. Thankfully the rain has stopped here and the snow appears to be gone in the city.1

Started a new computer project this week so I am stuck sitting on the computer for 20+ hours this week. Not so great for my activity level and combatting the munchies, but the money is helpful. Tried out a new slow cooker recipe last night and it was a big hit. Lost another pound this week according to the scale at the gym last night. Hoping to be at my goal weight by summer .

Leg and bum day for me. Increased my weights a little on squats! We will see how I feel the next couple days to see if I need to go up a little more.1
