exercise classes attended! 45 min of cardio blast followed by 30 min of pump. Then did my burpee challenge burpees. Those classes darn near did me in yesterday!1

Yesterday, I did my weight-lifting. I did my cardio. And I did my yoga. I am SUPER SORE TODAY, lol.3

Deadlifts this morning - work sets 3x5x235. Plus some stretches for squats and my left shoulder. Finished with pushing the prowler up and down the turf. 6 rounds at 30 second intervals - then 12 rounds at one minute intervals. I will sleep like I'm dead tonight.1

Well I managed to work out every night at cardio kickboxing.
Did focus pads Monday, a circuit to start class Tuesday, cardio Wednesday, shoulders/back to start Thursday, legs to start Friday and kettlebell this morning followed by cardio and core in kickboxing. A little sore by now, but trying to mitigate the damage of too much food/booze with Thanksgiving in October, Halloween, my birthday, hubby's birthday, Christmas parties, and soon Christmas!2 -
