    I've started back in the weight room 2x/week, while still following Sydney's workouts daily. 3 mile run yesterday at the park in 100°, didn't die! Today was 3x10 squats, 3x8 bench, 3x3 pullups, 3x5 single leg deads, core, and some plie/bicep, glute bridge skull crushers finishers.

    I have work to do today and might try a later day workout - or (more likely), I will skip the workout altogether.

    I need to find a five-day split workout - max of 35-40 min heavy weights - that I can print out, old-school style. The hunt is on!

    I reminded coach that I bore quite easily and he added body building back to programming. My boredom is solved for now. Ohhh what a rush.
