    Tues: 502 - 1 hour Advanced level barre class
    Wed: 268 - 1 hour Intermediate level barre class
    Thur: Rest Day ( strained my hip flexor ..ouch)
    Fri: 589 - 1 Hour Advanced Barre class + 70 minutes of dog walking)

    Total: 1359

    Left to go: 2141 (I better step it up..I never realized how HARD it is to burn 3500 cals!)

    Hello, wow your intense, I would love to have a go getter like your self for an exercise partner, I hit the weights and gym between 4 to 8 times a week, I use to burn between 500 and 2000 week on the exercise bike, but I have lately been stretching and strength training. Keep up the great work

    wed. = 50 - 7 minutes on exercise bike
    thurs. =500 - walking 30 minutes, jump rope 10 minutes, bike 20 minutes, and 15 reps of burpees
    fri. = 400 - eliptical machine 10 minutes, walked 30 minutes, shoveled snow intense for 20 minutes
    total = 1330 total.
