Final for the week! I know this was for 3500+ but I wanted to see if I could make it to 3000. Next week bring the 3500+!!Love this idea! This is my first week and I need to burn a lot!
Weekly Goal: 3000
Mon: 250 calories burned ( 30' eliptical)
Tues: 850 calories burned (90' cardio and seperate PT session)
Wed: 250 calories burned (30' eliptical)
Thur: 0 calories burned
Fri 485 calories burned (60' eliptical)
Sat: 0 calories burned
Sun: 1700 calories burned (zumba, pilates, 20'eliptical, 10' stairclimber and abs)
Total: 3535 Left to go: over by 5350 -
Well apparently I am rotten at this challenge!
Weekly Goal: 3500 (let's start out small...)
Mon: 460 calories burned (Leslie Sansone, 3 miles with weights)
Tues: 359 calories burned (LS. Burn Body fat & Sculpt your arms - 2 miles )
Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:505 (Ellen Barrett workout 45 min plus walking dvd 20 min)
Fri: Rest day calories burned (how they were burned)
Sat: 696calories burned (walking 2+ miles plus 45min low-impact aerobics)
Sun 350:calories burned (walking 3+ miles in 45 minutes)
My new (stupid) garmin 610 HRM said that I only burned 69 or 89 calories during Sunday's walk- which is so not true! my adidas coach device said 489 and mfp said 350 so I took the 350
ended up 1130 cals short of my goal :noway:0 -
