    Did two sets of 25 sit-ups yesterday.:drinker:
It explains it all there. It's at www.twohundredsitups.com.

Cheers, yeahbuddy :flowerforyou: . Today in the aerobics&bodystyling class we did roughly 100 crunches, all sorts. So they must be counting as 50 sit-ups, the trainer did make sure we work various muscles. Funny thing was, while warming up I did feel yesterday's sit-ups in my tummy  .

Hope I'll do my test on the above website tomorrow morning.

I noticed that too - it's probably just because a lot of the fat on my stomach is gone, now, but I can actually feel some muscle under there - I love how tight everything feels after a good workout now!

I'm not quite in tight shirt territory yet, but maybe one day I'll join the ranks
I usually 'borrow' J's shirts unless I have to go in public (and even then, sometimes!) .. Why is it that mens' shirts are so much more comfortable than womens'??

    It's a conspiracy, I tell ya!!

Hoping everyone is having a good weekend. I'm not going to be able to do my workout tonight as I'm babysitting. I am going to start week 2 on Monday, though.

You have a house on your ship??

Sorry I haven't checked in gang. I am up to 21/21/15/15/26 today. I worked in gardens all weekend and did about a thousand squats while planting and digging and spreading dirt ~ really sore from that today so I'm thinking that tomorrow *everything* will be sore! Yikes!

omg - now you're really killing me. But seriously, I want a bosu ball now. I have a regular ball and do lots with that - it has helped tremendously with my core strength! I guess I can get the same hyper-extension on the regular ball - just can't raise my legs like on the bosu. Heehee, I'm talking like I could even do that anyway:laugh: :blushing:

Week 2 Day 2 in the books

    set 1: 21
    set 2: 24
    set 3: 18
    set 4:18
