    He said that it only had pics of him.

    That's quite the stretch. Returning the stolen item would not forgive the crime. Also, what of the pics the kid deleted?

    I'm just commenting on the edit. The card was never stolen. The man handed it to him. He was running at the time. Hence the photos.

    Thank you! This thread is not to debate the law. Hand the SD card into the police and say hey a weird guy is following people and taking pictures I thought you might wanna check it out. I was sweaty and in spandex at the time of the incident. Says it all.

    Let us know if you get arrested.
