55 cals for a TB?!!! What peanut butter are you using, because I need this! All the PB I've found is 95-100 calories per tablespoon.

    ^^^^ YES! THIS!

FYI, I message this person, and she used HALF a tbsp for 55 cals. Bummer.....

You might try Better 'n' Peanut Butter. It's a little sweet to my taste but I have friends who swear by it.

You should try PB2 it is great and low in cals and fat!

Low sodium rice cake with peanut butter...

Fresh berries/ cheese stick/ hard boiled egg (my usual at work snack)...

Flat-Out with some pizza sauce, cheese stick peeled apart and put on top of the sauce, chop up some artichokes and red peppers on top of that, bake for 15 min. Voila: pizza. Delish...

OMG... who couldn't go on forever with this subject???

Cheesy tomato Quesadilla ! yummmm....! Just grab any tortilla can be the La Tortilla brand which is my preferred kind.... first add cheese to half side of tortilla it can be whatever cheese you like.. add some chopped tomato slices about three.. than you can go ahead and add another layer of cheese. Once your done.. fold it in half and grill it on the grill or take a pan and add some butter till you get a lightly brown tortilla crust. And WALA! You have a deliciious homemade quesadilla. There are also many other things you can add to the quesadilla but this idea is pretty simple, quick, and easy. Also for a side with the quesadilla you can add steamed brocolli or tortilla chips with Salsa!! mmm.! :)

One sliced apple, microwaved. Mix in 1 tsp peanut butter.

Whole wheat pita (very fresh), spread with peanut butter, wrapped around a banana.

2 figs when craving something sweet.
