    I had my usual...a salad with lettuce, spinach, tomato, cucumber, turkey bacon bits, rasberry vinegarette and a healthy choice meal. sorry, no pix, its in my belly!

    2 servings on cinnamon toast crunch.
    triple scoop of protein powder mixed with almond milk
    yogurt
    grilled chicken club sandwhich

    Imitation crab meat sauteéd with zucchini, chives and coconut oil. Inexpensive & yummy! (Zucchini is a huge friend to me--very filling for low calories.)

    I had just made this comment, so glad I saw this post. Any help would be great.

    I had a business lunch today at a great Korean place. The food there is always great, I just have no idea how to log this meal. I had the bulgogi, small side of kimchi, skipped the rice, salad with dressing (no idea what kind), the soup that came with the meal and a side of some sort of sprout. Any suggestions?

    Dang, I would bed starving if that is all I ate.

    LOL I have a lap band... Can't eat any more than that in a setting..
