I had a 6" Turkey Breast sandwich from Subway. I added lettuce, tomato, red onions, cucumber, green peppers, sweet peppers and black olives, with honey mustard sauce. Oh...on 9 grain wheat bread, with1 bag of Sun Chips French Onion flavor and a diet coke.0

Well, today is my first day. I had 1/2 cup of light tuna on 1 piece of toasted wheat bread with 1/2 cup of thinly sliced onions and 2 Tbsp. of spicy hot mustard followed by Scope Mouthwash...:-) Approximately 200 calories - the onions are actually very filling.0

I had a tossed salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers & carrots) with a squeeze of fresh lemon & sprinkle of italian seasoning.0

1 cup of Taco soup made with ground turkey! Yummo!
