I love the Nasoya wrappers! I literally put anything in it and bake it. Some stuff I have done are:

    Feta + Spinach
Ground Chicken w/ Ginger and Garlic
    Mozarrella+Ricotta+ Spinach
    Ground beef + Marinara
Ground pork with sesame and ginger sauce+ shredded carrots

The fillings are limitless! The next thing I want to try is the Buffalo Chicken crockpot recipe inside those wrappers!

I don't know if this has already been said but:

    Ingredients from taste of home
4 pieces of string cheese cut in hallf (I used Sargento Reduced Fat Mozzarella cheese sticks)
4 egg roll wrappers cut in half
    olive oil
    salt
    Marinara or spaghetti sauce
    Directions
Place a piece of string cheese near the bottom corner of one egg roll wrapper (keep remaining wrappers covered with a damp paper towel until ready to use). Fold bottom corner over cheese. Roll up halfway; fold sides toward center over cheese. Moisten remaining corner with water; roll up tightly to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and cheese.
Brush cheese sticks with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve with marinara sauce or whatever sauce you like to dip your cheese sticks in. I actually like salsa.

(You just half to cut the egg roll wrappers in half. Brush them with a little bit of olive oil and sprinkle with some salt. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes and take them out and turn them. Continue to bake for another 5 minutes or until golden brown.)

    Last ones I made were pizza cups;
I used turkey pepperoni, pizza sauce, spices, red pepper flakes, cheese & veggies.
They turned out yummy, my 19 yr old son and his friends loved them.
And like most wonton bowl/cupcake creations, great re-heated for lunch the next day.

The trick to eating healthy and to stay eating healthy for the long haul, is to be creative and have fun with it!!!!

"This is a traditional Filipino dish. It is the Filipino version of the egg rolls. It can be served as a side dish or as an appetizer."

    INGREDIENTS:
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 pound ground pork
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup minced carrots
    1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup thinly sliced green cabbage
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    30 lumpia wrappers
2 cups vegetable oil for frying

    DIRECTIONS:
    1. Place a wok or large skillet over high heat, and pour in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Cook pork, stirring frequently, until no pink is showing. Remove pork from pan and set aside. Drain grease from pan, leaving a thin coating. Cook garlic and onion in the same pan for 2 minutes. Stir in the cooked pork, carrots, green onions, and cabbage. Season with pepper, salt, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Remove from heat, and set aside until cool enough to handle.
    2. Place three heaping tablespoons of the filling diagonally near one corner of each wrapper, leaving a 1 1/2 inch space at both ends. Fold the side along the length of the filling over the filling, tuck in both ends, and roll neatly. Keep the roll tight as you assemble. Moisten the other side of the wrapper with water to seal the edge. Cover the rolls with plastic wrap to retain moisture.
    3. Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat, add oil to 1/2 inch depth, and heat for 5 minutes. Slide 3 or 4 lumpia into the oil. Fry the rolls for 1 to 2 minutes, until all sides are golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.

Instead of frying them in oil, fry them without the oil, which I've done to try to make them healthier. However my Filipino boyfriend complains about it because they aren't like how they do them back home! lol
