    My Zumba class , we all drink max muscle protein/meal replacement shakes for breakfest. I drink chocolate fudge brownie. one scoop and 8 to 16 ounces of milk, put into a blender cup. they come with the metal whisk ball in them, to mix it. You can get them at WalMart . And bam out the door you go. And they are only 150 calories a shake
