    Go guys!! You can do it! I haven't had 'fast food' (McDonald's, KFC, Oporto, hungry jacks etc) since April 2011. Reckon I've saved myself several thousand calories and probably several hundreds of $$$!

    me too I love pizza, burger and fries! I always have cravings about these foods.. but I haven't eating them for a long time now..

    I'll join! I vowed to give up soda til Easter and to lose 12lbs in February. So this one will only help me succeed in the others and vice versa ^^

    Related: I once saw a quote that said "If your food doesn't rot, it isn't food." I then cleaned out my car and found an old french fry that looked exactly as it probably had when I bought them...
