Question....did you do the cardio 2 times 25 minutes each on top of the cardio that's in the workout? (It looks like you warm up with cardio in the workouts....so did you do that cardio plus more?) Thanks!

I have no idea. Lots of protien, moderate carbs, no added fat or sugar other than naturally occuring from protein and carb sources.0 -

Very good progress. Weights give women great shape and an amazing look. Shocked more don't do it, it gives a tightness in shape (and feel) that cannot be beaten or can you compare to any diet alone - the look is more dramatic and better looking.0
