    Wowza! Is that program free or is it going to start asking for money if I try it out? I want to start weights but I'm not sure how to go about it and I'm afraid of hurting myself. It sounds so effective though!

    I love weights and what it does for lifting body parts. I actually have noticed in my body my boobs are sitting higher because I 've been using the bench press everyday. LOVE IT>
