    Ok I haven't checked in lately but Somehow I have made it 12 nights. Would love to make it to my b-day on the 19th and see a few more pounds lost.

    I also have not checked in lately - but I have been so good!

    Having this rule set inplace is really helping me out with those late night cravings. I dont even have them anymore!

    4 days gone- i agree that this challenge is really great for curbing the late night cravings and i'm starting to feel them less and less every night... :bigsmile:

    13 nights done. I can't believe how much easier this is this month than the last time I tried in Feb. I think the longest I went then was 11 days. I think I am just so motivated right now to lose some weight and I know this is my worst time to eat so this group is really helping.

    Can I please join you guys, i need support with this badly.
    I always wake up not just late at night but in the middle of the night and go to snack on something.
    Last night I woke up at 3:30 am and ate half a piece of strawberry cake and woke up this morning feeling so horribly guilty

    Well, I got up to 12 nights. Last night I started making deviled eggs and I didn't have enough mustard so by the time I got more and finished making them... it was past my cut-off.

    So tonight is night 1 again :sad: :sad: :sad:

    Oh well, here's to 17 days to go.:drinker:
