Make sure you remove any and all dirt from underneath your fingernails. That can really put you up in the high hundreds!!

Don't forget to let rip a fart before weighing in. Any build up of methane will actually make you heavier!!

SO basically, according to what everyone is saying...I have to...take off my jewelery, shower and exfoliate, shave my legs, blow dry my hair, brush the plaque off my teeth, take my nail polish off and trim my nails and toe nails, cut my hair, blow my nose, clean out my ears, stand lightly on the scale with my hands up in the air while holding my breath on a full moon's night! JUST TO WEIGH MYSELF!! LMAO!!

Makes more sense than most of the diet schemes I've seen advertised. ;)

When removing jewellery, watches, glasses, etc. Please remember this doesn't do any good if you've put these items into your pockets before stepping onto the scale. This has been a public service announcement.

Did anybody mention blowing your nose yet? Make sure to blow until your ears pop to really be thorough before weighing in.

Fun Fact: If you stand on your head before you weigh in, you'll weigh less :)

Weighing in at the highest altitude in your home may also help. =)

Ohhhhh so I need to put my scale on my roof! Good idea. I'll climb up there every morning.

but unless you want to be naked on the roof, you'll have to deduct 3.56666 pounds for clothes.

take a shower and exfoliate first!

But you know, dry that hair because you don't need that water weight!

Hahaha I totally let my hair dry first.
