    Hey everyone, so slowly but surely things are beginning to launch!
    I have lots of great stuff in store for the future

    I am going to have a Youtube video up for the start of next month and will continue to make videos on from there about everything Fitness related ( Health, Nutrition, Supplements, Routines, Meals, Recipes, What Works vs. What Doesn't... etc, etc)

    The Future !! :

    Right now I am in school to become a Personal Trainer, I am about half way through. I have an exam on Feb 29th and If I pass I will have completed my scope of support which will be Weight Training
    After I have completed that I have some time off before continuing on into Personal Training & Personal Training Practicum
    During that time I am going to be turning my routine + diet into a working program with videos on how to do each exercise, a routined schedule & recipe book! I have been wanting to do this for along time now (especially the recipe book!)
    with the program itself I will be offering FREE support at all times.


    These are some things that I will be bringing to life in the next months to come!!
    So stay tuned!

    Going to be starting a new routine in the next couple of days and trying it out for the next few weeks
    After my first week or two If I'm feeling like its good I will post it up in this thread and share it with you
    Still going to be a four day split but Im going to organize my cardio into it alot more and more "organized".
