A lot easier said than done. Do you continue doing this once you reach your goal weight? How does it work for you? Most people that work very long hours will find this almost impossible to do.

Personally, I've found it's fairly easy to log calories on MFP. The database of foods is amazing, so it makes it much easier to track nearly any food.**edited by MFP moderator**.0 -

Don't be afraid to have a cheeseburger if you want one, and enjoy it. This will help prevent binging. I have at least 1 meal like that per week and sometimes more, but I keep within my calorie goal and its been working well0
