    I never deprive myself.. I always crave cookies with my tea so I've got some weight watchers cookies in my cupboard.. 2 cookies for under 90 calories :)
    I also have Mikado sticks for when I need a chocolate rush (only 11 calories per stick) I try to stop at 6 sticks though...:laugh:

    Eat them <3 ....or find healthy alternatives ---A spoonful of nutella is my FAVORITE, put it on fruit or mix it in w/some kashi cereal, so good!

    Have a little bit of the real thing. Of course, when I'm really trying to be good, I find that hot cocoa satisfies my chocolate craving and most brands are 150 calories or less.

    I tend to only really crave fruit lol. I think everything in moderation is the key. Maybe if you want more after you have had your portion, have a piece of fruit?

    Eat apple sauce, sounds weird but I've learned to listen to my body. Usually when I'm craving something sweet my blood sugar is low. So if I'm going to eat sweet I'm going to limit my amount and eat healthy
