    I feel like such a slacker! I haven't ridden since last week, and I didn't get my weekend ride in. I need some push!!!

    I awoke with a flu bug this morning:sick:! I made it through work with a very achey body, took a short nap when I got home and then took my furry kids for a 3 mile walk! Thank goodness tomorrow is FRIDAY!!

    59.83/60 miles complete....

    think i'll take a little walk at lunch time down to the water to chill for a few minutes to close out my 60 miles....i'm not done but i dont like seeing it soooo close to 60 and not going over today :wink:
