hello all, i have got pneumonia for last few days so not recording any miles. I do not think i will get my goal this month.

Long day. Bad day. While I really needed to have a hard, sweaty workout, I ended up just being able to squeeze in a two-mile walk with the crazy dog, who caught a big, fat rodent a mile from home and--no matter what I did--wouldn't drop it. He carried it all the way home, where I called in reinforcements. (Crazy dog thought he'd just be bringing it in the house with us.)
>Shrug< Made my goal. Starting week 6 of C25K tomorrow.

Had to laugh Coni about your dog! That is something at least one of my furries will do on each outing, sometimes it is dried up horse ****!:laugh: :laugh:
I did NOT move my @ss after work today cuz I still have that bug and feel like a truck ran me over!! Maybe tomorrow! Have a good weekend all!0 -
