    I have been married for 14+8 years....an in a committee relationship for 7...so I would have to say I've been married for all of my adult life.

    We met though a friend online talked around 8 months online/phone
    We then met up after he drove 14hrs from the midwest USA to Canada (where I was) and asked me to marry him
    It was 3 days before Valentines day, we decided to run off & get married on the 14th
    We been married 7yrs of Valentines day 2012 & knew one another for 8 months before we tied the knot
    Still going strong & been though a lot :flowerforyou:


    yeah i quoted myself because I forgot to add, the marriage I look up to is my grandparents they where married 65+ yrs before my grandpa passed due to pneumonia @ 93, my grandmother was 91 when he passed 2yrs later she passed giving up wanting to be with him they had a strong marriage and 5 boys then they raised me there only daughter they call me =)

    Hubby & I are looking forward to many many more years and hoping kids come along soon very soon hoping =D We got married when I was 23 and he was 28, now im 30 and hes 36, so yeah after getting ourselves rdy and me losing the weight I gained when I quit smoking we are totally hoping for kids VERY soon =D

    We dated/engaged for 2 years while he was in NC and I was in TX
    and then have been married for a year and a half now (he moved to TX)
    We're in a new interesting section of life, because this year he is deployed and we're extra far apart

    Met TheMan in 1992 when I was a wee gal of 16 years old. Dated for five years then got married in 1997. Still together now...19 years (married 14 of those years) later. Sigh lol
