What did you have for breakfast to get this great day starte

I went out and pick some herbs from my garden, chope fine and mix it with my eggs for a an omelet with just a sprinkle of sharp cheese 1/4 c avocado 2 gallases of ice water. I think I can make it till lunch time, with a small snacks of hummus and bibb lettuce.

    Your omelet sounds delicious! I had a slice of turkey and fat free cheese with egg whites on an arnold wheat sandwich thin with 1/2 a banana. so good

    I had Strawberry Muscle Milk w/16 ounces of fat free milk **hiding** I was in a rush to get to work and no time to prepare breakfast :grumble:

    I had a bowl of the new Special K blueberry cereal with fat free milk. (I got my measuring cups out and measured to make sure I did the serving right) And A cup of green Mint tea. If I get hungry between now and lunch I will eat a small banana.

    1 liter of water

    It's my normal breakfast the last few weeks.

    Snack has been

    6 oz of no fat Greek yogurt, mixed berries, slivered almonds. Yum!

    This one was Wonder light wheat bread, but normaly I eat Sara Lee 45 cal whole wheat, and its real good!

    I had a container of honey Greek yogurt mixed with 1/4 cup of homemade granola, coffee and water. Doesn't sound like much, but it was a great blend of carbs and protein to get me through my workout.
    Now I need to figure out lunch!

    Be sure to check out the Sara Lee, its better!

    Wow, a lot of those sound REALLY good. I had 1/2 cup of Fiber one Bran Buds, 1 cup of fat free milk, a clementine, and a cup of green tea.

    I'm getting ready to have 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese and 1 cup of cantaloupe cubes.

    Oatmeal! Just the one person serving with organic brown sugar (a pinch), 6 dark chocolate chips and a dash of chopped pecans. Fills me up for at least three hours.

    you might say my breakfast was 'boring' because I eat the same thing EVERY morning of the week, but I love it so who cares?!:laugh:

    100g 3% So Organic Greek Yogurt
    50g all-natural fruit&nut Muesli
    1 small apple (cut up)

    313 cals and it gets me all the way to lunch! :flowerforyou: Love my breakfast and I don't know what I am going to do when I go back to the States and the muesli which costs a fortune there. :sad:

    I had an organic banana, a hard-boiled egg, and a 4-oz container of Dannon Light & Fit vanilla yogurt (nonfat). I was glad to eat the yogurt, because it was my last Dannon and now I get to eat the Greek yogurt--yummy!

    Wow some of you had a yummy sounding breakfast! I had Fiber One shredded mini wheats with 1/2 cup1% milk--250 calories. Cindy :heart:

    In honor of Cinco de Mayo I had 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg all scrambled with a 1/4 cup mixture of black bean, corn, red onions, and cilantro. I topped it off with shredded 2% cheddar cheese and spicy green salsa. Yummy!
