Every morning my husband and I have 1 english muffin with 1 tbl.margarine, 1 cup of coffee w/ cool whip & sugar, and 1/2 c. of skim milk. That's 277 calories every morning...0

I had a bowl of the new Special K blueberry cereal with fat free milk. (I got my measuring cups out and measured to make sure I did the serving right) And A cup of green Mint tea. If I get hungry between now and lunch I will eat a small banana.
Me too! Not the mint tea...the Special K....and not blueberry....strawberries....

Everything sounds great. At least you HAD breakfast. I start work at 5a, so I take something along and eat it as I start my day. Today, unfortunately, I managed to leave my breakfast AT HOME:grumble: --a discovery that resulted in my visting the friendly vending machine during my break and getting a Yoplait Original Strawberry yogurt. That held me til 10a, when I went to the store across the street from my office to pick up a prescription, and got myself a baked chicken thigh. I ate it minus the skin (and bone of course).
On a normal workday morning, I will have a Zone perfect meal bar, or a shake of some sort, and follow it up with yogurt or a banana a couple of hours later.
Portability is mandatory for me on the days I work.0 -

normally have two slices of 40 cal bread, 1/2 cup of fiber one cereal, 3 strawberries... but now i'm switching it up a little since i've reached a plateu!! i started today with 2 egg whites with slice of tomatoe, 4 strawberries, and only 1 slice of 40 cal bread..and 1/2 cup of grapefruit juice!! yummy0

I'm pretty routine on breakfast, 1/2 cup oatmeal with cinnamon and one sweetner, then after it's microwaved, i put in a cup of skim milk and 1/2 c. cottage cheese. I know it sounds gross, but it's really really good. just don't put the cottage cheese in before you microwave it, it gets all stringy and yucky.

I had 1 packet of instant flax oatmeal, with some shredded unsweetened coconut, craising, and a splash of vanilla soy milk. super yummy. also, some jasmine green tea with honey. I keep hearing about rolled oates or steel cut oates. what's the difference, and do you prepare it differently? willing to try something better for me, and with less packaging than individual servings.:happy:0

today was fiber one cereal with a cut up peach and 1/2C 2% milk. (I ususally get 1% but grabbed the wrong one)
Casper, I like your pie for breakfast idea! One year for Thanksgiving I surprised my DH with pumpkin pie and coffee in bed for breakfast. He was like, what? we aren't waiting to eat it for desert?
I said why eat it when we are full from a delicious dinner. It was a nice way to start the holiday!0 -

I was sooooo bad today, I was up at 5:30 this morning, and didn't eat anything until 2:00 this afternoon, and it was only some raspberries, I haven't had much of a chance to eat since then, but gonna try for a small bagel and some steamed broccoli for dinner...not a good "eats" day today, i'll be lucky to eat 400 calories at the days end, i'm sooo freaking busy i'm not even hungry :grumble:0
