    no I didnt look. I will next time. Sodium has never really been a big problem for me but I try to keep it realistic.

    I had

    Biggest Loser Banana Split

    1 medium banana cut up (or sliced)
    1 sugar free chocolate pudding cup (should have yogurt but don't really like it and this has fewer cals)
    2 tsp on grape nuts cereal on top
    (should put peanut butter on the banana, but trying to save cals)

    2 cups of water to wash it down.

    Yummy yummy!!

    Had a stress test this morning , had to go without eatng, They gave me water and pkg. of cheese crackers after the test. I broke my 2 weeks phase part I SBD. But maybe it didn't hurt me too bad.

    1/2 frozen blueberries w/ 3 oz. dannon nonfat blueberry yogurt & 1T ground flaxseed, along with a cup of coffee with skim milk, stevia & a cinnamon stick to start out my day. Snack at about 9:30 was a low-carb ww torilla w/ 1T lowfat peanut butter & 1/2 small sliced banana, rolled up to get me though til lunch! Good stuff!
