    I celebrate the fact that we all like different things. I started lifting 2 months ago for weight loss and tone and I'm very happy with my results. However... I'm keeping an eye on my muscle development because as much as I love to know they're there - and I've worked hard for them - I don't want to see them.

    I love the 1930's slender, languid look... beneath those wispy sylphs was some sculpted, determined strength and that's what I want to look like. I don't doubt that the lady in the picture spent a lot of time and effort to look like that but it wouldn't be for me.

    Each to their own, I don't mind what anybody else strives for and I can't understand why somebody's opinion about a body type matters to anybody else really.

    Inappropriate, trashy, against MFP rules to name a few. Any pics posted are supposed to be decent enough for MFP members to be able to view them at work. I don't know why they do it.... they could easily post pics of them with tight workout clothes on (for example, a sports bra and shorts!) instead of thongs or underwear. The guys probably like it but I don't care to see half naked women myself. Personally, I think they are lacking attention in their personal lives so they try to get it here.

    I love attention...the more I get the more i want and the harder I work...see those collar bone...I haven't seen those in 8 years!! This excites me!

    I seriously doubt anyone is checking out your collar bones.

    i don't really care what people post of themselves picture wise, dressed, undressed, any various state in-between. to each their own!! ;-)

    personally i won't be posting pics of myself in a bikini or bra and underwear ( even when i reach my goal) basically because of the ease in which people can take those pics and do whatever they want with them.

    back in 2004, there was a online child porn fetish site that had users going around the internet to forums like this one, and they were stealing pics and posting them on the fetish site for other viewers. i had a couple friends who had their kids pics taken from family blogs, or parenting forums........ it was pretty sick and very sad.

    because of that, i'll only post pics that i don't give a hoot about someone else stealing.......
