    Yep, one of the main reasons women are afraid of muscles is because of men.

    I like both. I even like a big boy once in awhile too. It's about personality really. A little brains and a sense of humor can go a long way. That is not to say that I can't appreciate a man who takes care of his body!

    When I started, I had to lose, I estimated lost 2-3% just to slim down my stomach. Just to being to show abs. He's already there. If he's 180lbs, he only has to lose about 5-6 lbs

    We all have goals. As to what we would like to look like. I just want to be myself look good and feel good and if by chance I get a nice sculpted body in the process with sleek muscles even better in my opinion.

    But seriously, I'm not big into totally ripped dudes, being in shape without being super cut up is more my speed. Because, well, I can't date a guy that's in THAT much better shape than I am.
