    2 Whole Wheat/Wheat Germ Pancakes, with 1 T Naturally More Peanut Butter & 2 T Sugar Free Syrup. Pretty good and only 317 calories!

    I didnt do too good today. i had a 150 calorie cinnamon pancake with 200 calories worth of syrup. I need to get low cal stuff. I usually aim for about 350 at breakfast, and it was pretty filling. So i guess thats not the worst thing. BTW, how do you poach an egg correctly? I tried yesterday, with barely simmering water, and the white still pretty much exploded. I love eggs but try not to fry them anymore, figured this was a good alternative. I cant eat just egg whites, nor can I eat yogurt ... the taste and texture is kinda blah. O, and I recently found out that turkey bacon and regular bacon (oscar mayer anyway) both have the same calories. 70 each. Buut the turkey bacon has almost twice the sodium. So ive been eating regular, reduced sodium bacon. I just limit myself to one piece every few days.

    o, but normally i have one slice high fiber wheat toast -90, 2 egg omelette-140, with one piece of ham-50, and a little ketchup.

    Threw my last english muffin in the toaster this morning and went to the bathroom, came out and it was burnt :sad:

    So I grabbed some cheerios in a baggy and took that to work with me.

    I need to go grocery shopping :grumble:

    For breakfast i had 2 eggs cook in pan spray====160
    2 pieces of sara Lee 100% whole wheat toast==== 90 calories total 250 calories
