    Options
    1/2 cup fresh blueberries (my plants are producing this year...yeah...no more high prices at the store!)
    1/2 cup raspberries
    1 cup cantalope
    1 cup red grapes
    1/2 cup chobani orignial yogurt mixed with 1 teaspoon honey and mint...mixed for a nice 'sauce' on my fruit.

    1/2 cup quinoa salad leftover from last night.

    1 Tsp Cinnamon
    1 Large Strawberry (cut up into cereal mmmm)
    1 blackberry
    8 Raw, unsalted Almonds
    .5 Cup Plain Silk Soymilk.

    All of that fits in my cup of cereal and makes for a slightly sweet, super crunchy and satisfying breakfast!
    Oh, and coffee.
    Rarely a day without it!

    Jimmy Dean D-lights...egg white reduced fat cheese and canadian bacon breakfast sandwich on a honey wheat english muffin!!! Only 240 calories!!!! Very yummy

    MY firat breakfast since June 15 . I had back to back surgery while in hpspital, I am home now and all is fine. So glad to be back home with my wonderful husband .The best nurse there is. .
