3 egg white omlette w/ 1/8 cup ff mozzerella & 5 spears asparagus, 1 pc Healthy goodness toast with sugar free apricot spread

Coffee w/ sugar free creamer (sooo processed :frown: I just read the ingredients and there are way too many things in it that I either can't pronounce or I just have no idea what it is - - I'm giving it up after this container is gone - I can't bear to waste it!)
