    1 slice of healthy life 100% whole wheat toast

    1 banana

    Coffee w/ sugar free creamer (sooo processed :frown: I just read the ingredients and there are way too many things in it that I either can't pronounce or I just have no idea what it is - - I'm giving it up after this container is gone - I can't bear to waste it!)

    Healthy whole wheat/wheat germ pancake with 1 T Naturally More PB (switching to organic this week) and 2 T sugarfree syrup (more processed stuff....grrrr)
