    I had an Asto Biobest Acai and Blueberry Smoothie, a bananna and a glass of water. I really like the smoothie, tastes good and keeps me full.

    Good Morning folks. I haven't had breakfast yet? Mess around on this computer to long and hubby was ready to go to the store. Think I will go in there and find something to have for less than 300 calories. That shouldn't be hard to do.

    I thinking about cereal and skim milk.
