How do you log "relations"?

I think a HRM would also give a false reading as sure your heart rate is up due to arousal, but not necessarily your oxygen intake
Sometimes I sweat more then I do on the eliptical Oo
And I sweat more sittin in front of the heater than I do running...0 -
For women, it's a net zero after the warm beer0
-
Ooooo...my husband would totally be into the HRM.....'oh yeah baby, no no no ...leave it on, leave it on'0

So are you saying that warm beer is actually negative calories?? I need to drink more warm beer!!0 -
Probably most indelicate, but why the heck do you need to log it as cardio activity? It's covered under your normal daily activity level expressed in your lifestyle of sedentary, mildly active, active, etc.0
-
Oh, it's great exercise! SELF magazine even recommends it for potential calorie burning fun! LOL! But not if you're lazy and just lie there, you have to be actively involved.
I LOVE logging as "wrestling" that was awesome!0 -
horseback riding.
I think I just peed myself!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
can't log what you don't have....0
-
This is great....I was thinking about it the other day...dont think id log it or wear my HRM tho! haha0
-
I created my own exercise for it. 60min = 167 calories. Something like that, read it in Men's Health.
60 minutes????0 -
lol, I wondered this too! I don't try to log them though, it wouldn't be that much fun if I had to time it then think about how much effort he did vs me0
-
You don't log regular daily activities to your exercise diary, do you?
No, it doesn't happen daily for me
But I wish it did, so I'm not logging it when it happens.0 -
I really need to meet the person who can actually work long, hard and consistently enough to log it as exercise.
No, seriously, I REALLY need to meet this person!!!0 -

I see what you did there lol. If you gonna see how many calories you burn better check your protien intake afterwards too0 -
You can look up your burn on this site:

squat thrusts
Definitely. My squat has improved 10-fold since I've consistently been getting nookie. All about dat hip drive.0 -
Seriously, I get that we're all focusing on getting fit and/or losing weight, but if you're actually spending time thinking about logging that, you may need to reevaluate your priorities in life. Just enjoy it!0

Ohh i do.. i log it as (!!!!!!!)0
-
horseback riding.0

I went onto another site that calculates it & made up a workout name for it in the database so I can log it...If it's a quickie I don't log that but if it goes on for awhile, then why not...I hope that is not TMI...lol0

I don't, because I don't log cleaning, walking, window shopping etc. I'm not getting it on just to exercise, so I don't count it. Although horseback riding definitely seems the best option.0
-
I log it as "HIIT - Right arm"
LOL!!!0 -
Dammit. Just ate a cookie. Someone get naked I got work this off -.-0
-
LMBO!! But on a serious note....I log it under P.T. (Play time) or S.I. HAHA I just didn't add it to the all users add...:blushing:0
-
I wouldn't log it, because I consider it a normal daily activity. Is that TMI?
But seriously, I only count intentional exercise. But you can definitely add an exercise and call it whatever you want to keep track of the calories. But if you're not going to wear a HRM (which I agree could be awkward), how will you estimate your calories burned?
I totally agree, unless this is something new for you or something that only occurs on occasion, It is kind of like breathing around here...normal part of everyday life, so I wouldn't log it if that were the case for you!0 -
I wore it the other night and my boyfriend gave me the deer in the headlights look like "are you serious?!"
 In a little under two hours, it was like 300-something calories burned. I didn't log them but curiosity got the best of me!0 -

stripping as we speak0 -
How long before they flag, lock and give me a warning?
I'm a good girl, I am! (said in my whiniest, Elyza Doolittle voice)0 -
At first glance I thought the thread title was "how long do you last during relations".
But to stay on topic, I'd say dont worry about the calories....if you broke a sweat, you prolly was doing good work.0
