How do you log "relations"?
Replies

I created my own exercise for it. 60min = 167 calories. Something like that, read it in Men's Health.0

It's not the relation part. It's the cardio trying to chase her down before.0

Some people log it as horseback riding, and they don't own a horse.0

I really need to meet the person who can actually work long, hard and consistently enough to log it as exercise.
No, seriously, I REALLY need to meet this person!!!
You just met her!! My husband and I "exercise" for hours at a time and there is A LOT of sweating going on! Granted this is not a daily activity, hence the reason I'm not thin! Lol however, we definitely "participate" so to speak! LOL! I usually have super sore muscles for 2 days after, more than with some exercises!0 -
Rowing.
I just laughed like a 6th grader hearing the word "penis"
Me too!
me three!,LMAO,damn near choked on my celery!0 -
I think that someone a couple weeks back said that they were logging it as "Horseback Riding"0
-
It depends on what you're doing. For instance, if you are a girl sitting on the couch between two guys and giving each a handy, you can log it as skiing.0
-
wow..ok. horseback riding lol
I guess it would depend on frequency, duration and was there yoga involved...
would it make gumby scream...you know...semantics...0 -
i wish i could quote all the funny comebacks to this question!
damn, this is entertaining. haven't laughed this hard in a long time.
i actually wondered this myself - and i've seriously considered using the hrm just to see.

This pretty much breaks it down http://www.dailymuscle.com/2006/05/12/lets-talk-about-sex-and-calories/ It also explains why some of us in our early 20's were freakishly thin and why the pounds start packing on on the "honeymoon"is over in a relationship...lol
