Walked 2 miles yesterday, only 5 left to reach my goal. I'll be in Cyprus the next few days on a business trip and might not be able to update, but I'll be back on Saturday for sure.0

4.169 miles today in a mix of treadmill and cycling at cardiac rehab.
26.406 miles down and 3.594 miles to go.
NSV ... the cardiac surgeon cleared me to finally drive today and I was cleared by cardiac rehab last Friday to start doing structured activity outside of rehab. The two combined means that I can finally get back in the gym and start working out beyond rehab!

Since I finally can eat before my run and since I began my weight lifting program, I can see a big difference in my pace. But there's no way that I'll be able to repeat that pace this week, or maybe ever again!
This HIIT session was awesome this morning, but I guess my shoes were on fire or something :laugh: So going back to my regular pace for the rest of the week. But I'll have to raise my mileage if I want to meet my goal, and that's what was driving me this morning... as well as the music that I chose... good old classic rock!0 -
