    I have not had one free weekend to bike and my miles reflect it :cry: and now I'm leaving for a business trip.

    This month has been tough!

    However, I'm still glad I raised my goal, it's ALWAYS stuck in my head! I truly don't think I would have excercised at all this last 2 weeks, being so stressed, if it weren't for this challenge!

    And that's silly, because it makes me feel SO much better!

    I'm so THANKFUL to be part of this! This month is TRULY a Challenge!!! :tongue:

    4/10= 11.70 miles bike
    4/11= 1.65 miles in town walking
    4/12= 5.5 miles bike
    4/13= 14.7 miles bike
    4/14= 0 miles
    4/15= 1.0 miles (to trail & back walking)
    4/16= 12.0 miles bike

    Total : 88.75 miles

    4 miles hiking today. Agree with Breezedew - with my higher goal this month I think about pushing myself everyday. So thankful for this challenge and all my MYA friends.

    I went out again with the run group. Had my fastest mile yet (however the other miles went straight down hill). Hope to keep this up

    My progress:
    Yesterday: Walked the dog 4 miles
    Today: Walked the dog 3 miles; Ran 3 miles on the treadmill; walked another 1 mile on the treadmill = 7 miles

    Yesterday the high temp was 75F. Today, we've had rain / snow mix, a high of 37F, and 30mph winds again. Yes, I complain about the weather a lot, but realizing that there are people whose livelihoods depend upon it (@vhuber) really puts things into perspective for me. @vhuber, I hope things settle down for you and you have a successful year for the crops.

    dinos, I had to laugh thinking of your down hill ride!!! The winds were not to bad today in Montana but they will be tomorrow!!!:sad:

    Coni, glad to hear that you had some nice weather to get some mileage in. I know I gripe about our weather when it could very well be disasterous like all the tornado activity down south!! Gotta be thankfull for what we have!!!

    I got in a 3 mile run today along with a full body weight lifting workout!
