    Nice run for 5.3 km/3.3 miles. First time outside for a run in a week. It was much needed.

    Ugh, I have been so sick, finally better and back on track -

    April 13 - 4.62 miles
    April 14 - 1.7 miles
    April 15 - 5.65 miles
    April 16 - 11.19 miles (made a goal of 25,000 steps!)

    Goal 150 - 67.16 done, 82.84 left!

    Hop on my shoulders and I'll carry you until we find it! :smile: I've been in about 14 of these and have had my share of mojo crises. It'll pass. Just change up your routine and do something different...maybe something more 'fun'. Good luck and hang in there! You can doo eet! :smile:

    6.68 miles today with lunchtime walk and treadmill watching biggest loser.

    44.67/80 miles complete
